My End of the Year Glow Up!
As we know we're reaching the end of the year! I know lot of us made goals at the beginning of the year. You may have crushed it! Maybe the New year was all you needed to get yourself motivated and kept it up. For the rest of us, we may need to use these last 5 months to reach those goals. Here are some of the goals that I want to reevaluate and re-implement for the rest of 2018.
One of the goals I want to reevaluate and re-implement for the rest of this year is my savings account. The goal I had at the beginning of the year was to save $10,000. This would have been more feasible if I had planned it more deliberately. However, this year I went on many trips, had home expenses, and life just happened. With that being said, for the next 5 months, I’m going to shoot for at least $3,000. This very doable and I have a plan this time!
The second goal I want to reevaluate and re-implement is my weight goals! I had a lot of self-inflicted setbacks here as well. But going forward I’m going to shoot for about 6 lbs a month. Once again, I have a real plan this time. The last thing I want to reevaluate and re-implement is reading! I really found the want and motivation for this goal from a friend. This is when I realize how much I wanted to get back into it. Through inspiration, I found 5 books that I want to finish by the end of the year; a book a month. There is a blog post with the books that I want to read including the authors so go check it out.
